1:1 Sessions

1:1 Coaching sessions are the most intimate way for us to work together. 1:1 Coaching allows for individual attention and personal work tailored for your specific needs.

 

Conscious Boundary Work Sessions

Conscious Boundary Work is about diving deeply into ourselves and, with the knowledge gleaned through that self discovery, forming the clarity and sharpening the life giving skills necessary for our best selves to come forth. Conscious and healthy boundaries gives us the support we need in order to thrive.

Conscious Boundary Work includes the above and so much more. It's deeply personal and dynamic work. There is no right or wrong way, there is simply the way that works best and truest for you which we will unearth through our work together. 

In 1:1 sessions, we will establish your needs, while co-creating a plan for moving forward into the growth and change you are seeking. Sometimes these sessions will simply be holding space, sometimes they will include deep work and sometimes you may even find some resistance. This is all part of the process. Together we will navigate through.

What I Offer:

I offer a 1 hour and 15 minute consultation to begin. Thereafter, I offer 1 hour coaching sessions that can be purchased individually or in a cost effective bundle. These sessions will be held digitally via video conference or phone - dependent on your preference.  

 

Chronic Illness Support Sessions

Chronic Illness Support is about giving you a safe and caring space to rest, rejuvenate and tend to your spirit while you navigate a tougher than 'normal' way of living. Because, let's be honest, this is your normal and it is important that you have the support you need along the way. Whether it's a listening ear, a guiding force who understands, a space to connect or even a place to ask the hard questions or say the hard things, these sessions are truly about giving you what you need.

Chronic Illness Support includes supporting you where you are at and in whatever way feels best to you at this point in your journey. My supportive coaching is about providing a place of understanding, self exploration, skill sharing and cheerleading as you maneuver through the hard stuff.

In 1:1 sessions, we will establish your needs, while co-creating a plan for either moving forward into the growth and change you are seeking, or in just creating a comfortable and nurturing place for you to use as a grounding effort in your daily life. Sometimes these sessions will simply be holding space, sometimes they will include deep work and sometimes you may even find some resistance. This is all part of the support process and we will navigate through it together.
